What we do
Three services carry most of our work
Housekeeping, deep cleaning and security guarding. The rest of the building follows: water, drainage, pipes and power.
Daily
Housekeeping
Washrooms, workstations, lobbies, pantries and staircases, cleaned on a written checklist and signed off every shift.
Monthly or quarterly
Deep Cleaning
Scrubbing machines on hard floors, washroom descaling, chair shampoo, glass and high dusting. Done on your off day.
Round the clock
Security Guards
Gate control, visitor and material registers, patrol rounds and CCTV watch, with a reliever built into every roster.
STP operation
Daily plant rounds, sludge handling, blower and pump care, readings in a logbook you can check.
WTP operation
Softener regeneration, filter backwash, chlorination and a TDS and hardness record.
Plumbing
Leaks, chokes, valves, pumps and fixture changes attended by our own plumber.
Electrical
DB and panel checks, lighting, starters and fault attending by a trained wireman.
